Hi my name is Christy Burum and I am so excited to be a part of the Houser 2nd grade team! More importantly, I am THRILLED to be your child's teacher! It's going to be a fun year full of learning and adventures!! I want to know all about you and here is a little about me.

 

I grew up in Wyoming and graduated from University of Wyoming in 1994. This is my     13th year teaching.  I moved to Denver, Colorado after college. Then my family moved to Texas about 14 years ago. I am happily married to my husband, Brandon and have 2 wonderful girls, ages 19 and 17. I look forward to a year full of growing personally and academically.
